TERMS OF USE - Terms governing use of Endless RPG services
1. Nature of the Project
1.1 Endless RPG is a private, non-commercial hobby project operated by an individual for entertainment purposes only. This is not a registered business or company.
1.2 The game server and all associated services are provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.
1.3 By accessing or using any part of Endless RPG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. User Conduct
2.1 You are solely responsible for your actions while using Endless RPG services.
2.2 You agree not to exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service or other users' experience.
2.3 The project operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
3. Virtual Items and Donations
3.1 All virtual items, characters, accounts, and in-game progress have no real-world monetary value and remain the property of the project.
3.2 Any monetary contributions made through the website are voluntary donations to support server costs and development. These are not purchases and are non-refundable.
3.3 Bonus points or items provided in appreciation of donations are gifts and do not constitute a commercial transaction.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1 Endless RPG is provided without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
4.2 The project operator does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the service.
4.3 The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
5.2 This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of virtual items, service interruptions, or any other losses.
5.3 You use this service entirely at your own risk.
6. Modifications
6.1 These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
